Get available years of West Virginia enrollment data

get_available_years.Rd

Returns a vector of years for which enrollment data is available from the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE), using School Finance PDFs when available and bundled School Composition workbooks otherwise.

Usage

get_available_years()

Value

Integer vector of available years (2011-2026)

Details

Grade-level district/state enrollment comes from WVDE School Finance PDFs for years still published online. For years where those PDFs are no longer available, the package falls back to bundled School Composition workbooks.
