Downloads and processes assessment data from the Florida Department of Education. Returns FSA (2019-2022) or FAST (2023-2025) data.

- end_year
School year end (2023-24 = 2024). Valid years: 2019, 2022-2025.
- subject
Subject area: "ela" (default) or "math"
- grade
Grade level (3-10 for ELA, 3-8 for Math). NULL fetches all grades.
- level
Aggregation level: "district" (default) or "school"
- tidy
If TRUE (default), returns data in long (tidy) format with proficiency_level column. If FALSE, returns wide format.
- use_cache
If TRUE (default), uses locally cached data when available.
